Volvo XC60 with 350 horsepower and consumption of 2.3 l/100 km
Volvo will present at the Detroit Auto Show an innovative hybrid concept, called Volvo XC60 Plug-in Hybrid, which will have a conventional gasoline engine and an electric one. Combustion unit, four-cylinder engine has direct injection and is capable of delivering 280 hp. Resources are channeled to the front drive, having a new transmission with eight reports, which is a premiere for Volvo. For the rear axle, Volvo has installed an electric motor with 70 horsepower, which helps the performance and consumption. With input power, which reaches 350 horses and with the torque that delivers instantly, Plug-in HybridXC60 has an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in just 6.1 seconds. The consumption is only 2.3 litres/100 km, when the driver selects the mode hybrid and uses both engines running.
